This incident was on February 23, 2011 (Wed) 2:00 AM. They are: Mr. Lal Lian Ceu ( 20 year) single and Mr. Lal Uk Bik (27-year). Actually they were three but fortunately one is saved. The reason: They are Burmese Refugee, they don't get enough income, not only them but also all. So they have to work for their family.
UNHCR supported S.A but it is only for 3 months. So everyone, those who are living in New Delhi (Burmese Refugee) have to work for our life during many kind of dangerous situation. Our situation is "No work, no meal..."

They, LLC and LUB and Mg Bah were working in the Wedding Cerimony as warter, very far from New Delhi.Timing is 6 pm to the next morning till 1 am. Like them too many Refugee People in New Delhi are working. Even though facing terrible trouble they have to work. The Security is not save. Local people does not want to help Burmese refugee, we got trouble but they are watching... The Accident situation: From their going home on the way they were runing with high speed, driven by Lal Lian Ceu (Bike Owner). They wanted to pass the truck, then they passed infront them there is a a bother car closed with them, to pass again, so they reduced the speed. Then the Truck which also running with high speed ... it could not able to control. Then the truck hit the bike. Two of them were seriously hit by truck tyre (Wheel). Their body were under tyre (Wheel), Their head were broken and body were seriously injured as shown in below photo. But the truck was not stop. They ran away. During the incident the local people were trying to take (Steal) their bike....
